30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@tinyhappyfaces.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return required for damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened diaper rash cream and personal care products
• Used baby bottles and feeding accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items returned beyond the 30-day window

Exchanges

To exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund your original order once received.
